S E A T E D  M A C H I N E  T W I S T S 
 
    Muscles worked: Obliques 
	 Instructions:
	 Sit on the seated machine twists and position yourself facing out away from the machine.
 	 Cross your arms and rest them on the attached arms extending down from the top of the machine.
     Next, twist smoothly and slowly to your right side, until you are facing forward then reverse the 
	 movement until you have rotated int oa comfortable stretch. Repeat for the number of reps assigned.
        
	  
	 Note   Be sure to twist at your lower part of your waist and not
	 high at your spine.

    Dont's: 
 Don't cut the motion short. Be sure to work in the full range of motion to fully stress
 your working muscles.
