	  Climbing stairs is an excellent exercise that can be performed conveniently in your own home.
	Instead of climbing up those stairs to your bedroom, office, or returning up from the basement, or garage.
	 Why not climb up and down for a while and turn it into a cardiovascular workout. Be sure to use the handrail
	 for safety precautions. Individuals with knee problems should consult their physician before
	 attempting a  stair climbing workout.
