Chest: ( Pectorals )
The Chest (Pectorals) is made up of two parts. The upper and lower portion. The upper part attaches
to the collar bone and the lower part attaches to the breast bone, spreading out like a fan to cover the rib cage.
Basic function: Pull the arm and shoulder across the front of your body.
