    Traps:( Trapezius )
    The trapezius muscles are the muscles on the upper, middle back that extend up into the back of the neck.

    Basic function:To lift the entire shoulder girdle and draw the scapula (The large flat bone that forms the back of the shoulder girdle) up, down, and to either side and help turn the head.
