  MESOMORPH   This is the most square shaped
 of all the body types.Tend to have fairly large bones and shoulders that are usually wider than
 their waist. Gains or loses weight easily and grows muscle quickly.
  
 ECTOMORPH   A thin person with a lean physique
 and light musculature.Usually small boned with shoulders and hips about the same width.Young appearance and has trouble gaining weight
 and muscle.
 
  ENDOMORPH   A heavyset person with a soft and round
 body.Both men and women ten to store more body fat and have larger bones. Female endomorphs tend to have hips
 wider than their shoulders. Trouble losing weight generally gains muscle easily.
