   "Just relax and let it happen" People get to caught up in the proper way to breath
 and they are not concentrated enough on the muscle they are training. Here are some general rules to follow
 on the proper way to breath while working out:
  
   Do not hold your breath for several repetitions. Holding your breath during an entire set can cause dizziness
 and possible fainting, among other serious conditions. 
   Exhale during the most strenuous (concentric) part of the repetition, and inhale during the least strenuous (eccentric)
 part of the repetition.
  
   Here is an example of proper breathing during a standing bicep curl (Barbell) repetition.While curling
 the bar up to your chin you exhale slowly. While lowering the bar back down you inhale.
 
  
   Always remember to maintain strict form and work to total positive failure while doing your exercises.
