Definition:   Using a spotter to perform additional repetitions of an exercise when muscle can no longer
 complete the movement on their own. The purpose of this is to push the muscle past the pain threshold for the
 hard-to-gain muscles.This should only be done by once a week to prevent overtraining due to the high intensity.
 
  
   Always remember to maintain strict form and work to total positive failure while doing your exercises.
