 parts. Performed in sequence with short rest intervals between exercises  and usually starting with
 your biggest muscle groups first and working down to your smallest muscle groups.Used to develop both aerobic and
 anaerobic strength, tendons and ligaments.This is an excellent way for beginners to start a weight training program.
